Wear sunscreen every time you set foot on the court. The danger is real and you and I have ignored it for too long. With everything we know now, it's completely ignorant to continue to burn your skin while playing tennis. The Bride uses Neutrogena Active Breathable Sunblock, and it's awesome. I hate thick, sticky oil that is difficult to spread. This is everything but. It completely absorbs into your skin, and protects you from all those evil rays like UVA/UVB. It's waterproof, sweatproof, and it won't run into your eyes while you play, yet it still lets your skin breath. This one is the SPF 45, whatever that really means. Buy one for your house and one for your bag. Go ahead, put it on. The Bride is proud of you.
